Aleg Khoroshka is a Belarussian judge who serves in a Gomel District Court. He was appointed by Aliaksandr Lukashenka. He issued politically-motivated rulings against the opponents of the Belarusian authorities, which include a journalist of the independent TV station Belsat, Katsiaryna Andreyeva who received a sentence of eight years and three months in a penal colony. He is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and for seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as for the repression of civil society and democratic opposition in Belarus.

Aleg Khoroshka est un juge biélorusse qui siège dans un tribunal du district de Gomel. Il a été nommé par Aliaksandr Loukachenka. Il a rendu des jugements à motivation politique à l’encontre des opposants aux autorités biélorusses, parmi lesquels Katsiaryna Andreyeva, journaliste de la chaîne de télévision indépendante Belsat qui a été condamnée à une peine de huit ans et trois mois dans une colonie pénitentiaire. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’état de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique en Biélorussie.

Obywatel Białorusi Aleh Kharoshka jest sędzią Sądu Rejonowego w m. Homel, zaangażowanym w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatela Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
