[EU-BLR] EU Restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine JSON

Targets those responsible for the repression of civil society and the democratic opposition in Belarus, persons and entities benefiting from or supporting the Lukashenka government, and those supporting Belarus's involvement in Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Designations under Council Decision 2012/642/CFSP and Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 result in an asset freeze, a prohibition on making funds or economic resources available, and, for individuals, a ban on entry into or transit through the EU. These designation-level measures combine with wide-ranging country-level restrictions that largely mirror the EU's sanctions on Russia, including an arms embargo, export controls on dual-use, advanced-technology and industrial goods, import bans on commodities such as potash, wood, steel, gold and diamonds, financial-sector and investment restrictions, a prohibition on professional services to Belarusian public bodies, and airspace and road-transport bans.
