DescriptionThe tanker was involved in the export of russian crude oil and petroleum products from russian ports on the Black Sea and in the Pacific region during the oil embargo and price cap policy on russian crude oil and petroleum products. br In particular, in January 2024, the tanker exported more than 628,000 barrels of russian Urals oil from the Sheshkharis terminal in the port of Novorossiysk to Turkey (the seller of the cargo was PJSC Tatneft). br From February 2024 to August 2025, the tanker was affiliated with ONN DENIZCILIK VE DANISMANLIK (Turkey). ONN DENIZCILIK VE DANISMANLIK is associated with the management of shadow fleet tankers involved in the export of russian energy resources (e.g., IMO 9416422, IMO 9408530). br On April, 2026, the EU imposed sanctions on the vessel. br On April 29, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel.[sources]
