Therefore, RATEP is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, it is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

RATEP est une entreprise de l'industrie militaire russe, qui fournit des armes aux forces armées de la Fédération de Russie. Cette entreprise a fabriqué le système de missile antiaérien à courte portée “Gibka” et le système de contrôle radar “Puma”, et a participé au processus de fabrication du système de missile antiaérien “Shtil-1”, qui sont tous utilisés par la marine russe dans le cadre de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Par conséquent, RATEP apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
