OSAM (Separate Active Action Service) is a Belarusian special border guard unit controlled by Viktor Lukashenka and headed by Igor Kruchkov.

ASAM (Separate Service for Active Measures) is a Belarusian special border guard unit controlled by Viktar Lukashenka and headed by Ihar Kruchkou. ASAM forces under special operation “Gate” organise illegal border crossings through Belarus to Union Member States and are directly involved in the physical transportation of migrants to the other side of the border. ASAM additionally charges the transported migrants for the border crossing. ASAM is therefore contributing to activities by the Lukashenka regime that facilitate the illegal crossing of the external borders of the Union.

L'ASAM (service séparé des mesures actives) est une unité spéciale biélorusse de gardes-frontières contrôlée par Viktar Loukachenka et dirigée par Ihar Kruchkou. Les forces de l'ASAM, dans le cadre de l'opération spéciale “Gate”, organisent des franchissements illégaux des frontières entre la Biélorussie et des États membres de l'Union et sont directement impliquées dans le transport physique de migrants vers l'autre côté de la frontière. L'ASAM fait en outre payer les migrants transportés pour le franchissement des frontières. L'ASAM contribue donc aux activités du régime de Loukachenka qui facilitent le franchissement illégal des frontières extérieures de l'Union.
