Figure XLb (p. 61) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report shows that the vessel "Kum Song 7" (IMO: 8739396) spoofed as the "CMORNING" with the IMO 8705578 on February 26, 2021. There is no result on Equasis for either the IMO or name.
