The Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Russian Federation is a Russian state body responsible for organizing elections and referenda for the Russian Federation. As such, the CEC is responsible for organizing the illegal referenda in the occupied regions of Ukraine and thus responsible for, supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
