Ushakov State Maritime Academy (formerly Novorossiysk State Maritime Academy). br Mr. Korobovas has been professionally active in russian shipping and oil logistics since 2003, including coordinating petroleum exports via the Tuapse Seaport and overseeing domestic fuel product sales in the russian market.
