Licenciado en Ciencias Políticas y Sociología por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Diplomado en el Curso de Defensa Nacional del CESEDEN. Entre 2004 y 2011 desempeñó las siguientes responsabilidades: Director del Gabinete de la Secretaria de Estado de Inmigración y Emigración; Director del Gabinete de la Secretaria de Estado de Función Pública y Director del Gabinete del Ministro de la Presidencia.
