مديرة مكتب المتابعة في رئاسة الجمهورية العربية السورية منذ 2008. مديرة مكتب أسماء الأسد. زوجة همام مسوتي. فرضت عليها العقوبات الأمريكية في 22|12|2020. ثم رُفعت العقوبات عن شركتي (ليتيا) و(بوليميديكس) المملوكتين لمحمد همام محمد عدنان مسوتي وزوجته لينا محمد نذير الكناية وشملت معاقبين من إيران وفنزويلا، ضمن حزمة تعديلات أقرتها الخزانة الأميركية في حزيران2021. وقالت في بيان إن التعديلات جاءت استجابة لمتطلبات مواجهة جائحة كورونا في العالم.

Lina Mohammad Nazir al-Kinayeh is the director of the Follow-Up Office in the Office of the Syrian Presidency, a position she has occupied since 2008. This office follows up on the files and decisions of the Presidential Palace’s Anti-Corruption Committee, which Assad directly supervises, using judicial, advisory, and administrative authorities under its jurisdiction. Al-Kinayeh is the former director of the office of First Lady Asma al-Assad, and has conducted a range of business and personal activities on behalf of the Syrian First Lady. Lina al-Kinayeh is the wife of Hammam Masouti (a.k.a. Msouti). US sanctions were imposed on her on 22 December 2020. Then, sanctions were lifted on two companies (Latia and Polymedics), both owned by Hammam Msouti and his wife Lina al-Kanayah, as part of a package of amendments approved by the US Treasury in June 2021 that included sanction targets from Iran and Venezuela. The US Treasury claimed in a statement that these amendments came in response to the requirements of confronting the global COVID-19 pandemic.
