أصدرت وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك القرار رقم /2303/، صادقت فيه على النظام الأساسي لـشركة كاسل انفست القابضة الخاصة. ويحق للشركة تأسيس مشروعات ذات كيان مالي مستقل، أو المشاركة مع الغير في إقامة هذه المشروعات، أو في تأسيس شركات استثمارية وإدارتها، وفق أحكام قوانين تشجيع الاستثمار النافذة في المجالات الاستثمارية التالية (المشروعات الصناعية المتاحة للقطاعين العام والخاص، والمشروعات الزراعية بشقيها النباتي والحيواني، ومشروعات النقل، والمشروعات السياحية، وغيرها من المشروعات التي يقرها المجلس الأعلى للاستثمار). مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية

Castle Investment Holding is a company whose articles of association were ratified by the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection as per Decision No. 2303. The company has the legal right to establish projects with an independent financial entity, enter partnerships with other companies to establish these projects, or launch and manage investment companies in accordance with the provisions of the investment promotion laws in force and in the following investment fields: Industrial projects in the public and private sectors, agricultural projects of both crops and livestock, transport projects, tourism projects, and others approved by the Supreme Investment Council. Castle Investment Holding is placed under US sanctions.
