| Description | The vessel is designed for transportation of general and bulk cargoes, bundled lumber, round timber, scrap metal, metal in bundles and coils, bulky, large, long and heavy cargo, coal, dangerous goods and category "B" cargo (project № RSD59). The vessel calls at the ports of the TOT of Ukraine; in 2024-2025, the vessel shipped more than 5,000 tons of coking coal from the temporarily occupied Ukrainian port of Mariupol. The vessel is involved in schemes of stealing Ukrainian grain from the TOT of Ukraine. In particular, in November 2024 and May 2025, the vessel transported wheat from the temporarily occupied port of Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region. In April 2023, the vessel was sanctioned by USA due to its ties to the sanctioned russian state-owned company JSC GTLK. JSC GTLK specializes in air, sea, rail, passenger transportation, automotive, special equipment for russian companies in the transport industry, investment activities for the development of the transport infrastructure of russia, controlled by the ministry of transport of russian federation. The CEO of JSC GTLK is a sanctioned Ditrikh Yevgeniy Ivanovich. The owner and manager of the vessel is a russian company Alpha LLC (TIN 6164106688), affiliated with GTLK, specializing in wholesale of liquid, solid, gaseous fuels, wholesale of grain, and maritime cargo transport activities. On November 25, 2025, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the vessel. | [sources] | |||
