WINGS PRIVATE JSC

أصدرت وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة السورية، القرار رقم /1328/، صادقت فيه على النظام الأساسي لـشركة الأجنحة. أصدرت وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك القرار رقم /3012/ بتاريخ 31/2/2007، صادقت فيه على تعديل النظام الأساسي لـ شركة الأجنحة. حيث تم الترخيص لتحويل الشركة من محدودة المسؤولية، إلى مساهمة مغفلة، وزيادة رأسمال الشركة 2,000,000 ليرة سورية. وغاية الشركة القيام بالأعمال التجارية والصناعية والخدمية.

Wings Private JSC is a company that carries out commercial, industrial, and service business. The Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade issued Resolution No. 1328 ratifying the company’s articles of association. The Ministry also issued Resolution No. 3012 dated February 2007, ratifying the amendment of the articles of association. Through these amendments, the company became licensed to convert from a limited liability to a limited joint-stock company and increase the company’s and add 2,000,000 Syrian pounds to its capital. The company works in the commercial, industrial, and service industries.
