Marina Ushakova est juge à la Cour d’appel militaire de Russie. En tant que membre de la formation d’appel de la Cour d’appel militaire de Russie, Marina Ushakova a rejeté l’appel formé par Alexei Gorinov, ancien député municipal du district de Krasnoselsky (Moscou), contre une condamnation motivée par des considérations politiques.
