Ruzekspeditsiya LLC

Ruzekspeditsiya LLC conducts its business from the Bremino-Orsha Special Economic Zone (SEZ) established by a presidential decree of Aliaksandr Lukashenka, which is managed by Bremino Group LLC. Bremino Group LLC was listed in Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006. Companies established in the Bremino-Orsha Special Economic Zone profit from tax and other financial advantages. Bremino-Orsha SEZ is home to and therefore gives these benefits to only six companies, including Bremino Group LLC. The decision as to who is allowed to share in the benefits of the Bremin-Orsha SEZ by becoming its resident lies solely Bremino Group LLC as the managing company of the SEZ. For the reasons set out above, Ruzekspeditsiya is associated with Bremino Group LLC. As a company established in the Bremino-Orsha SEZ it benefits from the regime. Ruzekspeditsiya also facilitates infringements of the prohibition against circumvention of the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 by participating in the delivery of cars prohibited to be sold, supplied, transferred or exported from the Union to Belarus.

Company established in the Bremino-Orsha Special Economic Zone

Ruzekspeditsiya LLC exerce ses activités à partir de la zone économique spéciale (ZES) de Bremino-Orsha créée par un décret présidentiel d’Aliaksandr Loukachenka, qui est gérée par le groupe Bremino Group LLC. Bremino Group LLC a été inscrit sur la liste figurant à l’annexe I du règlement (CE) no 765/2006 du Conseil. Les sociétés établies dans la ZES de Bremino-Orsha bénéficient d’avantages fiscaux et d’autres avantages financiers. La ZES de Bremino-Orsha héberge six sociétés, dont Bremino Group LLC, qui sont donc les seules à bénéficier de ces avantages. Le pouvoir de décider qui peut intégrer la ZES de Bremino-Orsha, et donc profiter des avantages qu’elle offre, revient exclusivement à Bremino Group LLC, en tant que société gestionnaire de la ZES. Pour les raisons exposées ci-dessus, Ruzekspeditsiya est associée à Bremino Group LLC. En tant que société établie dans la ZES de Bremino-Orsha, elle tire avantage du régime. Ruzekspeditsiya facilite également les violations de l’interdiction de contournement du règlement (CE) no 765/2006 du Conseil en participant à la livraison de voitures dont la vente, la fourniture, le transfert ou l’exportation depuis l’Union vers la Biélorussie sont interdits.
