Mikhail Golubovich is the current Minister of Youth Policy of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”, in which capacity he actively supports and implements Russian education policies relating to Ukrainian children, including promoting Russian national propaganda and military education. He also facilitated the issuance of Russian passports to Ukrainian children in the region of Luhansk. Therefore, Mikhail Golubovich is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. He is also associated with the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”.
