Senator of the 6th, 9th, 10th and 11th term Senate. Member of the 7th European Parliament. Born on 25 January 1966 in Skalbmierz, Świętokrzyskie egion. In 1991, he graduated from the Faculty of Sanitary and Water Engineering of the Kraków University of Technology, and in 1994, completed studies in international trade at the Faculty of Economy of the Kraków University of Economics. In 1995-2005, he ran his own advertising agency in Kielce. From 2002 to 2005, he was a Councillor of the Kielce City Council. In 2009-2014, he was a member of the European Parliament, sitting on the Budget Committee. In the 6th term Senate, he was the Deputy Chair of the National Economy Committee. He has no political party affiliation.
