Member of the Eleventh Term Senate. Member of the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Term Sejm. Born on 8 December 1968 in Mogilno. He studied at the Higher School of Missile and Artillery Forces. In 2011, he graduated in history from the Faculty of Historical Sciences at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He ran a self-employment business in advertising and printing. He was a member of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. For many years, he worked as an assistant to Mr Jan Wyrowiński, MP. He completed an internship at the office of Nirj Deva, Member of the European Parliament, and an internship at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy in the UK. He served as a consultant and lecturer at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. In the Sixth Term Sejm, he chaired the standing subcommittee on the Eastern Partnership. Member of the Civic Platform, sitting on the party's national executive board. Member of the Civic Platform national board.
