Nacido en Purchena en 1980. Secretario de Organización del PSOE de Almería Senador por el PSOE de Almería desde 2019 Miembro del Consejo de Administración de la Radio Televisión de Andalucía (RTVA) Licenciado en Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración por la Universidad de Granada. Ha sido educador de menores en el Centro de Menores Tierras de Oria donde conserva su plaza. En 2007 fue elegido concejal de Juventud y Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Purchena, donde en 2015 también ostentó el cargo de concejal de Desarrollo Local y Cultura, y en 2019 fue, igualmente, concejal de la corporación. Ha sido delegado territorial de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio entre 2015 y 2017 y delegado territorial de Fomento y Vivienda desde entonces hasta octubre de 2018. Ha sido miembro de diferentes asociaciones juveniles, estudiantiles, ambientales y culturales.
