As an Advocate, fought several public interest litigations in the district courts for long and emphasizes on the need for providing easily accessible, affordable and speedy justice to people. Has a good experience of horticulture and firmly believes that the economic condition of the country can be improved only when the farmers become prosperous and strongly advocates fixing of minimum support price for the crop on the basis of production and labour cost; supports conservation and use of desi and traditional seeds instead of expensive hybrid seeds. Opened a Girls Inter College in his village Pakbara in 1998 with the help of the society. At that time there was no school for girls up to 10 Kms. of Pakbara. Opening of this college increased the number of girl students, here the girl students belonging to poor and weaker sections are provided free education also the extra classes are arranged for them. Many students have topped and won prizes with their talent. In 2003 opened a private school with own resources where co-education and all round education with great values is provided. Also worked in, the Education field as Manager, Auditor in Vidya Bharti.
