In Annex 31(a) (p. 195) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2021 report, the Panel references a media report indicating that Sing Da Sheng may hold ownership of the vessel "Chan Fong" (IMO: 7350260). IMO records on Equasis do not corroborate this. According to Equasis, this vessel has been a total loss since December 2019.
