Descriptions

Annex 61 (p. 311) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report notes that the" Tae Yang" "was reported in 2019 MTR as having off-loaded coal on 25 Oct 2019 via ship-to-ship transfer to Lighter “D”". The Panel of Experts March 2019 report mistakenly assigns the IMO 9115028 to the "Tae Yang" (p. 121), which belongs to a vessel known as the "Oriental Treasure".
