According to Paragraph 8 (p. 87) of the UN Panel of Experts June 2013 report, SP Trading operated out of an office in Ukraine before (19-21 Frunze Street, Kiev), which is also the address of the GST Ukraine. In the same report in Annex XIII (p. 90) a not clearly decipherable telephone number is mentioned, a possible reading could either be +380503307666 or +380503307668. A second indecipherable email-address is also mentioned and could be read as lun2009@mail.ru.
