Mirza Company

Mirza Company was established with 23 billion Syrian pounds in capital investment in many sectors. It is owned by Damascus Cham Holding (75%), Talas Trading and Industry (12.5%), and Anas Talas (12.5%). Its investments include two residential districts and two residential-commercial districts in the Marota City project. Together, the districts have a surface area of 60 thousand square meters. Damascus Cham Holding Company received (75%) of the company in return for in-kind advances worth 17.3 billion Syrian pounds, while its strategic partner Talas Partners received 25% in exchange for shares worth 5.7 billion Syrian pounds, 40% was paid up front at incorporation and the rest within 3 years. Mirza Company is subject to US and EU sanctions.

تأسست برأسمال قدره 23 مليار ليرة سورية، الجمهورية العربية السورية. تعمل الشركة على بناء وإكساء واستثمار 4 مقاسم في مدينة ماروتا سيتي، ويضم الاستثمار مقسمين للسكن و آخرين مختلطين بين السكني والتجاري، وتبلغ المساحة الطابقية للمقاسم 60 ألف متر مربع. حصلت شركة دمشق الشام القابضة على 75% لقاء مقدمات عينية بقيمة 17.3 مليار ليرة سورية، بينما حصل الشريك الاستراتيجي شركة طلس على نسبة 25% لقاء أسهم نقدية بقيمة 5.7 مليار ليرة سورية ويدفع منها 40% عند التأسيس و الباقي خلال 3 سنوات. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأوروبية شملتها العقوبات البريطانية في 22/01/2019
