DescriptionThe tanker, during the period of the oil embargo and price cap policy on russian crude oil/petroleum products, is involved in the oil sector of the russian economy. The vessel belongs to the fleet of the greek company Stealth Maritime Corp SA. br In April and November 2024 the tanker transported 730,000 barrels of russian crude oil and almost 200,000 barrels of russian petroleum products from the port of Ust-Luga to India in the interests of PJSC Oil Company Rosneft. In March 2025 the tanker transported russian petroleum products from the russian port of Ust-Luga to Singapore in the interests of PJSC Surgutneftegaz. In July 2025 the vessel transported petroleum products of russian origin from the russian port of Tuapse to Saudi Arabia in the interests of PJSC NK Rosneft. In October 2025 the vessel ensured the maritime export of russian Urals crude oil from the Sheskharis terminal in the port of Novorossiysk to India. In December 2025 the tanker ensured the maritime export of russian petroleum products in the interests of PJSC Lukoil from the port of Vysotsk to Singapore. br PJSC Oil Company Rosneft, PJSC Surgutneftegaz, and PJSC Lukoil are subject to Ukrainian sanctions. br On December 13, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the tanker. br On February 21, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the master of the vessel.[sources]
