DescriptionThe tanker, during the period of the oil embargo and the price cap policy on russian crude oil/petroleum products, is involved in the export of russian petroleum products from Baltic and Black Sea ports to third countries. br In particular, in March 2025, the tanker transported diesel of russian origin from the port of Ust-Luga to Turkey in the interests of PJSC NOVATEK, PJSC Oil Company Rosneft, PJSC SIBUR Holding, and from the port of Vysotsk it exported gasoil of russian origin in the interests of PJSC Lukoil. In August 2025 the vessel transported naphtha from the Sheshkharis terminal in the port of Novorossiysk to India (Mundra Multi-Purpose Terminal). br On December 13, 2025, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the tanker. br On February 21, 2026, Ukraine imposed sanctions on the master of the vessel.[sources]
