The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine Advisors Group, Inc. WebIARD (Investment Adviser Registration Depository [operated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on behalf of the SEC and the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA)]) contains registration information for the genuine entity. The genuine Advisors Group, Inc. withdrew its registration with the Minnesota State securities regulator effective November 2, 2011 and is defunct.
