On 9 August 2004, Libyan national Hasèn Amhased Aksema killed his ex-wife in front of their then two-year-old daughter Isra. Afterwards, he abducts their daughter to Libya. In November 2006, a Dutch court sentenced him in default of appearance to life imprisonment.
In 2013, Aksema was added to the National Wanted List. The police suspect that he still lives in Libya, with his now adult daughter and current wife.
In 2007, Isra and her grandparents in the Netherlands were last in contact. Due to the turmoil that erupted in Libya, contact was lost. The family is still trying to reconnect with her, and has created a Facebook page for this purpose.
The images on this page were taken before 2003. It is very likely that Aksema’s appearance has changed since then.
He is using the following nicknames:
He speaks Arabic, English, Italian and some Dutch.
The police would like to know if he is currently using a different identity. Recent photos and video footage of him would also be of great importance to the investigation.

Leijdekkers, also known as ‘Bolle Jos’ (chubby Jos), has no fixed address in the Netherlands. It is believed that he has not lived in the Netherlands for quite some time now. Until recently, he was thought to be living in Turkey, but the investigation has not yet revealed his whereabouts. With the help of these new photos, the police hope to receive more information about his whereabouts in order to arrest him. A 75,000 euro reward is offered for the decisive tip leading to Leijdekkers’ arrest. The reward will be paid out several days after his arrest.
On 9 May, three men from The Hague aged 40, 40 and 45 were arrested on suspicion of involvement in large-scale trafficking in and smuggling of narcotic substances. They used several worldwide transport routes to transport the cocaine. One of the men is also suspected of involvement in a violent kidnapping in Germany in March 2000.
Mohamed Nyabi, brother of one of these suspects, is still at large. He too is suspected of involvement in large-scale trafficking in and smuggling of narcotic substances. In addition, he is suspected of participation in an organized criminal group, involvement in said kidnapping in Germany, and illegal possession of firearms. There is a good chance that Nyabi is resident abroad, but it is unknown in what country. On the Internet, he poses as an art dealer in Dubai. Nyabi is the subject of both a national and an international alert.
Nyabi has dark brown eyes and a prominent scar near his right eyebrow. He is of slim build and 1.78 m tall. On his right shoulder he has a tattoo with the name ‘Martha’. Mohamed Nyabi is also known as ‘Nibit’ or ‘Tommy’. On his travels he may use false identity documents.
On 9 May 2013, Quincley and his accomplice robbed the owners of the Chinese mini market Hua Jiant at Caracasbaaiweg in Willemstad, Curacao. The 42-year-old owner was shot in front of his wife. The thieves escaped with some petty cash and a few telephone cards. Soon after the robbery, the Curacao police released the security camera footage. The man who had fired the shots, who was wearing a red cap, was recognized by several persons, including relatives. He turned out to be Quincley Emanuel Poppen, who was only 18 at the time. Before he could be arrested, Quincley fled to Sint Maarten. Afterwards, he had telephone contact with his family once, from Saint Kitts and Nevis, but he then vanished without a trace. The police suspect that Quincley Emanuel Poppen may now be staying in the Netherlands.
All in all, he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of thirteen years. Gheiybe managed to escape from prison on 6 October 2011 and has been on the run ever since.
Misha’s full name is Misha Fethi Arnoldus Wils, but he also goes by the name Pablo. He was born in Terneuzen/NL on 4 January 1999. At the time of the shooting in July 2023, Misha had long curly hair. He has striking green eyes. Misha has a characteristic tattoo on his hand: five dots in the shape of the five dots on a dice. He may have altered his appearance, and may no longer resemble the photo shown, so we are also sharing an older photo of him. His beard could be longer, for instance, or he could now be cleanshaven. Or his hair could be short.
On Monday 10 July 2023, an encounter between three men on the Heezerweg in Eindhoven ended fatally: one of the men, a 34-year-old from Utrecht, was shot down and ultimately died of his injuries at the scene. The other man and Misha Wils fled the scene in a Ford Fiesta and drove to Geldrop. The driver of the Fiesta was arrested in Germany a few days later. Wils, who is now 25 years old, has not been seen since and is wanted by the police in connection with the shooting.
We strongly suspect that Misha Wils is no longer in the Netherlands. We are looking for concrete tips about his whereabouts. We would also welcome any information regarding what exactly happened in the run-up to and during the shooting. For that reason, the Public Prosecution Service is offering a reward of 15,000 euro for information concerning the current whereabouts of Misha Wils, or information about the facts surrounding the shooting.
On 4 November 2015, he killed the 39-year-old mother of his children with a knife. The mother had a total of six children, of which the youngest ones were at home at the time the offence was committed.
After committing the offence, Atiya fled abroad, and was sentenced in default in the Netherlands. In addition to this offence, Atiya was convicted without appeal for the abduction of two of his children to Libya. For this offence, he still has to serve two years of imprisonment.
It is suspected that Atiya is in Libya, but he could also be elsewhere, perhaps under a different name.
Mohammed Najib Kajdouh and Fahd el Kandoussi, together with the suspect Mounir K who was arrested earlier, are viewed as the absolute leaders of an extremely large criminal network that has engaged in importing large consignments of cocaine from South America to Europe, and ultimately to the Netherlands. Fahd el Kandoussi and Mohammed Kajdouh were in direct contact with the cocaine-producing cartels in South America and with European consumers of cocaine. The three leaders of the organization were the people who determined when a consignment would be imported, how large that consignment would be, how it would be imported, and to whom it would be sold (and/or sold on). This trafficking probably earned the suspects several tens of millions of euros per year. The money seems mainly to have been spent on luxury goods and real estate, including many properties abroad.
Fahd el Kandoussi and Mohammed Najib Kajdouh did not hesitate to use extreme violence to consolidate their position in the international drug trade. They had various individuals in their employ to carry out violent “jobs” for them. These violent groups repeatedly committed very serious offences on the orders of Fahd el Kandoussi and/or Mohammed Kajdouh. Various individuals were injured in these violent incidents, some of them sustaining very serious injuries. For instance, in the municipality of Tienhoven a man was shot by mistake when the holiday chalet in which he lay sleeping came under fire; various other shooting incidents took place in Tilburg and Waalwijk on the suspects’ orders.
Fahd el Kandoussi and Mohammed Kajdouh are known to have been in Dubai and/or Morocco for extended periods of time. Investigation has also revealed links pointing to a place of residence in Turkey. The expectation is that the suspects no longer come to the Netherlands because they are aware that they are wanted by the authorities.
