The vessel engages in prolonged deceptive shipping practices in the vicinity of the Kerch Strait, including repeatedly disabling and reactivating its Automatic Identification System (AIS) transponder within the same area. Following an extended period of dark activity (AIS disabled) near the Kerch Strait in the Black Sea, the vessel reactivated AIS while departing the area in a laden condition.
