The vessel has been implicated in operations linked to the sanctioned russian company PJSC Sakhalin Shipping Company (ПАО "Сахалинское морское пароходство"), one of the largest russian shipping companies in the Far East. The company ranks among the world’s top 100 container carriers, is one of the leaders in cabotage shipping volumes, and serves as an important link in export–import trade with the Asia-Pacific region. It is part of the Delo Group (affiliated with the State Corporation Rosatom), with 58.67% of its shares owned by the sanctioned PJSC TransContainer (ПАО "Трансконтейнер"), russia’s largest rail container operator, which provides a full range of transport and logistics services integrated with other Delo Group assets.
