UK House of Lords

Current and historical members of the House of Lords, sourced from the official UK Parliament Members API. It includes life peers, bishops (Lords Spiritual) and any remaining members entitled to sit, as well as current members who are on leave of absence. Hereditary peers were removed by the House of Lords (Hereditary Peers) Act 2025.

Bishops (Lords Spiritual) are recorded by the source only by their see (e.g. "The Lord Bishop of Lincoln"), never by personal name. Each occupant of a see is a distinct entity, so two holders of the same bishopric at different times will share an identical, office-based name.
