Nepal Members of the Federal Parliament

Current and historical members of Nepal's bicameral Federal Parliament (Sanghiya Sansad), which comprises the House of Representatives (Pratinidhi Sabha), the 275-seat lower house whose members serve five-year terms, and the National Assembly (Rastriya Sabha), the 59-seat upper house whose members serve six-year terms with one-third renewed every two years. Together the two chambers hold the country's legislative power, including passing laws and approving the budget.

This dataset records each member of either chamber with their name, gender, and political party. It covers both members currently in office and those who served in earlier terms.
