Current and historical members of the New Zealand House of Representatives
Members of the House of Representatives, the unicameral parliament of New Zealand. Its members are elected for three-year terms under a mixed-member proportional system, currently filling 120–123 seats, and hold the country's legislative power, including making laws, voting supply, and forming the government from which the Prime Minister and Cabinet are drawn.
This dataset records both current and historical members, with their name, year of birth and death, gender, the electorate they represented, and their party affiliation across each parliamentary term.
