Members of the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Federal Assembly of Russia.

The Federation Council (Совет Федерации) is the upper house of the Russian Federal Assembly. Each of Russia's 89 federal subjects (including two annexed in 2014 and four more in 2022, which are not recognized by the international community) sends two senators: one appointed by the regional executive and one by the regional legislature. The dataset covers current members only, with start and end dates for each senator's individual term in office.
