Belarus is facilitating the Russian military attack against Ukraine by allowing Russia to fire ballistic missiles from Belarus into Ukraine, enabling transportation of Russian military personnel and heavy weapons, tanks, and military transporters in Belarus (road and railway transportation) to Ukraine, allowing Russian military aircraft to fly over Belarusian airspace into Ukraine, providing refuelling points in Belarus for Russian military aircraft engaged in activities against Ukraine, and storing Russian weapons and military equipment in Belarus.

Генерал-майор Иван Иосифович БОГУСЛАВСКИЙ был вовлечен в участие и оказывал поддержку действиям, которые дестабилизируют Украину или подрывают или угрожают территориальной целостности, суверенитету или независимости Украины, а именно занимал руководящую должность в Вооруженных силах Беларуси, которые участвовали в совместных учениях с российскими военными перед российским вторжением в Украину, которое угрожало Украине и обеспечивало прикрытие для российских военных приготовлений к вторжению в Украину.

Major General Ivan Josephovich BOGUSLAVSKY has been involved in engaging in and providing support for, actions which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine, namely holding a senior position in the Belarusian Armed forces who were involved in a joint-exercise with the Russian military ahead of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine which threatened Ukraine and provided cover for Russian military preparations to invade Ukraine.

Генерал-майор Іван Йосипович Богуславський був залучений до участі та надавав підтримку діям, які дестабілізують Україну або підривають чи загрожують територіальній цілісності, суверенітету чи незалежності України, а саме обіймав керівну посаду у Збройних силах Білорусі, які брали участь у спільних навчаннях з російськими військовими перед російським вторгненням в Україну, яке загрожувало Україні та забезпечувало прикриття для російських військових приготувань до вторгнення в Україну.

Being a high-ranking member of the Belarusian armed forces, Ivan Boguslavsky is participating in the actions of Belarus supporting the Russian attack against Ukraine.
