Le général de brigade Bahman Reyhani est le commandant adjoint du Corps des gardiens de la révolution islamique (IRGC) dans l’ouest de l’Iran, responsable de la province de Kermanshah. Le corps provincial “Hazrat Nabi Akram” est placé sous son commandement. La province de Kermanshah a vu des répressions violentes de la part des forces de sécurité iraniennes, y compris l’IRGC, lors des manifestations de 2022. Reyhani figure parmi les responsables des violences commises par l’IRGC contre des manifestants dans la province de Kermanshah. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme en Iran.
