Yulia Belekhova is a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights, and chairwoman of the Council’s working group on the so-called “special military operation” (war of aggression) in Ukraine. She is also head of the Moscow regional branch of the pro-Putin All-Russia People’s Front. She backed Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and participated in propaganda events in support of the war. Therefore, she is responsible for, supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Yulia Belekhova est membre du Conseil présidentiel pour la société civile et les droits de l'homme et présidente du groupe de travail du Conseil sur la soi-disant "opération militaire spéciale" (la guerre d'agression) en Ukraine. Elle est également à la tête de la section régionale moscovite du Front populaire panrusse, pro-Poutine. Elle a soutenu la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine et a participé aux événements de propagande en faveur de la guerre. Within the framework of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, she is a member of the Temporary Working Group on the Special Military Operation. She is part of the Central Headquarters of the All-Russian Popular Front, a quasi-public organization that imitates non-partisan support for Vladimir Putin. In November 2022, she attended Putin’s meeting with the mothers of participants in the military invasion of Ukraine.
