Brigadier-General, Chief of the Law Enforcement Command in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province
Manouchehr Amanollahi est le commandant des forces de l'ordre de la République islamique d'Iran (inscrites sur la liste établie par l'Union européenne) dans la province de Tchaharmahal et Bakhtiari. Au cours de son mandat, lesdites forces de l'ordre ont réprimé les protestations dans la province à la suite d'une pénurie d'eau en 2021, et d'un rationnement alimentaire en 2022. Les unités de forces de l'ordre commandées par Amanollahi ont tiré à balles réelles sur les protestataires pour réprimer les manifestations, ce qui a entraîné de nombreux morts. En tant que conseiller de la direction des forces de l'ordre, Amanollahi a également participé à la réponse des forces de l'ordre aux manifestations nationales de novembre 2019, causant la mort de centaines de manifestants. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l'homme en Iran.
