By Presidential Decree No. 412 of 23 April 2023, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin established the group Almaz Antey, which has become one of the largest holdings of the Russian military-industrial complex. JSC NPO PRZ is part of that holding. JSC NPO PRZ manufactures, repairs and modernises radar equipment for air defence troops, and for a number of products it is the only manufacturer. Together with partners, it produces radar systems and stations, antenna systems and radar equipment of various types in use by the Russian Armed Forces in their war of aggression against Ukraine. Thus, NPO PRZ is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is associated with Joint Stock Company Almaz-Antey air and space defence corporation.

Par le décret présidentiel no 412 du 23 avril 2023, le président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine a créé le groupe Almaz-Antey, qui est devenu l’une des plus grandes sociétés holding du complexe militaro-industriel russe. JSC NPO PRZ fait partie de cette société. JSC NPO PRZ fabrique, répare et modernise des équipements radar pour les troupes de défense aérienne; pour un certain nombre de produits, elle est le seul fabricant. Avec ses partenaires, elle produit des systèmes et stations radar, des systèmes d’antennes et des équipements radar de différents types utilisés par les forces armées russes dans le cadre de leur guerre d’agression menée contre l’Ukraine. NPO PRZ apporte donc un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
