Propagandist and employee of the state channel “Belarus 1” and in Belarus News Agency

Ksenia Lebedzeva is one of the leading propagandists of the Lukashenka regime and is closely associated with regime media. She is Belarusian TV presenter at the state-owned “Belarus 1” channel. Since Jul 2021, she has hosted the information and analytical programme “This is different” at the state-owned “Belarus 1” TV channel. In her column and reports for Belarus 1 TV channel, she promotes Russian propaganda regarding Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, and Belarus state propaganda directed against opposition and neighbouring countries. Ksenia Lebedzeva is promoting the idea that Ukraine, together with NATO, has been launching information and psychological special operations against Belarus since 2020 and the Lukashenka narrative that opposition representatives are financed by Western countries. On 16 Jan 2021, Ksenia Lebedzeva was awarded with gratitude by President Lukashenka for “a significant contribution to the implementation of state information policy, high professionalism, objective and comprehensive coverage of the events of the socio-political and socio-cultural life of the country”. Therefore, Ksenia Lebedeva is benefiting from and supporting and the Lukashenka regime.

Ksenia Lebedzeva est l’une des principales propagandistes du régime de Loukachenka et est étroitement associée aux médias du régime. Elle est une présentatrice de télévision biélorusse sur la chaîne d’État “Belarus 1”. Depuis juillet 2021, elle anime l’émission d’information et d’analyse “This is different” sur la chaîne de télévision d’État “Belarus 1”. Ksenia Lebedeva tire donc profit du régime de Loukachenka et le soutient.

Obywatelka Białorusi Kseniya Lebedzeva jest dziennikarką kanałów „Belarus – 1” oraz „Belarus – 24”, aktywnie wspiera reżim A. Łukaszenki. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatelki Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.

Канал наполнен ненавистью и пропагандой войны. Имеет благодарность Президента Республики Беларусь (16.01.2021). В июне 2022 года поехала на Донбасс, после чего открыто выступает с риторикой о святости российских солдат во всех массовых мероприятиях. Высказывания Лебедевой: - "За 8 лет войны на Донбассе никто из официальных лиц США и ЕС даже не пытался ее остановить. Дети гибли, люди жили в страхе. За это время по всей Украине начал свирепствовать нацизм, страшные картины обезглавливаний появляются уже сегодня. Еще есть сомнения - стоило ли начинать спецоперацию по очищению Украины от нацистов? - "Утром 24 февраля пора поставить точку во всей этой истории с издевательствами"; - "Почти ежедневно Вооруженные силы Украины обстреливают Донецк ракетами. В этом городе нет войск и военных объектов. Украинские войска бьют только по мирным окрестностям". У червні 2022 року поїхала на Донбас, після чого відкрито виступає з риторикою про святість російських солдатів у всіх масових заходах. Висловлювання Лебедєвої: - «За 8 років війни на Донбасі ніхто з офіційних осіб США та ЄС навіть не намагався її зупинити. Діти гинули, люди жили в страху. За цей час по всій Україні почав лютувати нацизм, страшні картини обезголовлювань з’являються вже сьогодні. Ще є сумніви – чи варто було починати спецоперацію з очищення України від нацистів?; - «Вранці 24 лютого пора поставити крапку у всій цій історії із знущаннями»; - «Майже щодня Збройні сили України обстрілюють Донецьк ракетами.
