منشأة بقرار وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك رقم 17، رأسمالها 5,000,000 ليرة سورية. أصدرت الوزارة القرار رقم 970، بتاريخ 2/5/2017، صادقت فيه على تعديل النظام الأساسي للشركة ذات الشخص الواحد. وتم تعديل أحكام النظام الأساسي للشركة، وفقاً لأحكام قانون الشركات الصادر بالمرسوم التشريعي رقم 29 لعام 2011، حيث تم بموجبه انضمام مؤسسين جدد على الشركة، ولم تعد ملكاً لشخص واحد، أي لم تعد ملكاً لـ "الشركة السورية للنقل والسياحة" التي تتبع لوزارة السياحة. ويحق للشركة إدارة، واستثمار، وتشغيل المجمعات السياحية، والمطاعم، والفنادق، والمجمعات السياحية، واستيراد وتصدير جميع المواد المسموح بها. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية

Syrian Hotel Management LLC is a Syrian limited liability company engaged in tourism investment. It was established via Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Decision No. 17 and its capital is 5,000,000 Syrian pounds. The company is licensed to manage, invest and operate tourist complexes, restaurants, hotels, and complexes, and import and export all relevant materials as permitted to it by law. The Ministry issued Resolution No. 970, dated 2 May 2017, approving the amendment of the one-person company’s articles of association. The provisions of the company’s articles of association were amended in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprises Law (Company Law) promulgated via Legislative Decree No. 29 of 2011, according to which new founders joined the company and it was no longer one-person company, that is, it was no longer owned by the Syrian Company for Transport and Tourism affiliated to the Ministry of Tourism. Syrian Hotel Management LLC is subject to US sanctions.
