Valery Revenko is the Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus - Assistant to the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Belarus for International Military Cooperation. The Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus manages the activities of the armed forces in the organisation and implementation of international military cooperation and arms control. In addition, Valery Revenko is a member of the Joint Board of the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation and therefore participates in the bilateral Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the military sphere. Belarus’s military-technical cooperation with Russia contributes to strengthening the military capabilities of Russia, which is carrying out a war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Valery Revenko, as the Head of the Department of International Military Cooperation, is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
