Function: Judge of the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol

Valentina Kamynina is a judge of the Kyiv District Court of the city of Simferopol, Crimea. She has been appointed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. She systematically prosecutes citizens of Ukraine for political reasons, abusing anti-extremism and anti-terrorism legislation. She has repeatedly confirmed and extended the arrest of Crimean Tatars on charges of belonging to organisations banned in the Russian Federation.

Therefore, Valentina Kamynina is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Kamynina extended the arrest of a Crimean Tatar, journalist and media coordinator of the human rights association “Crimean Solidarity” Nariman Memedeminov, as well as a military pensioner and former captain of the Ukrainian ship “Slavutich” Alexey Kiselyov. Those who were arrested and sentenced by Kamynina were repeatedly recognised as political prisoners.

Elle poursuit systématiquement des citoyens d'Ukraine pour des raisons politiques, en abusant de la législation antiextrémiste et antiterroriste. À plusieurs reprises, elle a confirmé et prolongé l'arrestation des Tatars de Crimée pour appartenance à des organisations interdites en Fédération de Russie. Mme Kamynina a prolongé l'arrestation de Nariman Memedinov, un Tatar de Crimée, journaliste et coordinateur médias de l'association de défense des droits de l'homme “Solidarité criméenne”, ainsi que celle d'Alexeï Kisselev, un militaire à la retraite et ancien commandant du navire ukrainien “Slavoutitch”. Les personnes arrêtées et condamnées par Mme Kamynina ont été reconnues comme prisonniers politiques à plusieurs reprises. Par conséquent, Valentina Kamynina soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, lasouveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
