Mkrtich Okroyan is the Chief Designer at Russian company Soyuz, an entity of Russia’s military-industrial complex, and shareholder in and board member of OJSC Balashikha Casting and Mechanical Plant, a contracted supplier of the Russian Armed Forces. Both those companies produce weapons, which Russia uses against Ukraine in the course of its war of aggression against Ukraine.
