Qazi Ghannad est procureur et juge auprès du tribunal révolutionnaire. Au cours des manifestations de 2022-2023, il a violé le droit à un procès équitable et a condamné à mort des manifestants, qui ont été exécutés par la suite par le régime iranien. En tant que procureur, il a prononcé une condamnation à mort à l’encontre de Majid Rahnavard en 2022. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme en Iran.
