PMC Potok is a Russian private military company that participates in Russian combat operations in Ukraine. Created and financed by Russian energy corporation Gazprom, the volunteer battalions of PMC Potok consist mostly of Gazprom employees, predominantly working in the security guard branch. The volunteer battalions of PMC Potok directly contribute to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. The volunteer battalions of PMC Potok were trained and transferred to Rostov-on-Don, where they were assigned to various units of the Russian Armed Forces in order to participate in combat operations in Ukraine. Therefore, PMC Potok is supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Créés et financés par Gazprom, société russe du secteur de l’énergie, les bataillons de volontaires de PMC Potok sont essentiellement constitués d’employés de Gazprom, travaillant principalement dans le service des agents de sécurité. Les bataillons de volontaires de PMC Potok contribuent directement à la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Les bataillons de volontaires de PMC Potok ont été formés et transférés à Rostov-sur-le-Don, où ils ont été affectés à différentes unités des forces armées russes afin de participer à des opérations de combat en Ukraine. Par conséquent, PMC Potok apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
