Voentelecom is the leading provider of telecommunication services to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The Government of the Russian Federation has recognised Voentelecom as a company of federal significance. It carries out maintenance and repairs IT infrastructure, military communications equipment, communication lines and electronic warfare equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, including on the territory of the illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol. It has developed a unified automated digital communication system for the Russian army. It provides the Russian Navy with secure broadband radio communication, including on the territory of the illegally annexed Crimean Peninsula. Voentelecom cooperated with Rostec on the development of the LTE standard on the territory of the illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol.

Voentelecom est le principal fournisseur de services de télécommunications du ministère de la défense de la Fédération de Russie. Le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russiea reconnu Voentelecom en tant qu'entreprise d'importance fédérale. Elle assure l'entretien et la réparation des infrastructures informatiques, des équipements de communication militaire, des lignes de communication et des équipements de guerre électronique des forces armées de la Fédération de Russie, y compris sur le territoire de la Crimée et de Sébastopol illégalement annexé. Elle a mis au point un système de communication numérique automatisé unifié pour l'armée russe. Elle fournit à la marine russe un système de radiocommunications à large bande sécurisé, y compris sur le territoire de la péninsule de Crimée illégalement annexé. Voentelecom a coopéré avec Rostec en ce qui concerne l'élaboration de la norme LTE sur le territoire de la Crimée et de Sébastopol illégalement annexé.
