JSC Komz produces Moscow-1 (Москва-1), Rychag-AV (Рычаг-АВ) and Quicksilver-BM (Ртуть-БМ) electronic warfare systems that are being delivered to the Russian Armed Forces and which are used in the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine.

JSC Komz is therefore responsible for supporting materially actions, which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. JSC Komz benefits from the war of aggression of Russia against Ukraine as it contributes to the supply of electronic warfare systems for the Russian Armed Forces and thus benefits directly from the growing need for arms. Due to the growing need for arms, JSC Komz is benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

JSC Komz is a Russian diversified enterprise specialising in the development and production of optical devices and electronic warfare equipment (including radars, binoculars, etc.).

SC KOMZ est une entreprise russe diversifiée, spécialisée dans la mise au point et la production de dispositifs optiques et d’équipements de guerre électronique (y compris de radars, de jumelles, etc.). JSC KOMZ produit les systèmes de guerre électronique Moscow-1 (Москва-1), Rychag-AV (Рычаг-АВ) et Quicksilver-BM (Ртуть-БМ) qui sont livrés aux forces armées russes et sont utilisés dans la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. JSC KOMZ est donc responsable de l’apport d’un soutien matériel à des actions qui ont compromis ou menacé l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. JSC KOMZ tire profit de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine, car elle contribue à la fourniture de systèmes de guerre électronique aux forces armées russes et tire ainsi directement avantage du besoin croissant d’armes. Compte tenu du besoin croissant d’armes, JSC KOMZ tire avantage du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine.
