Alexander Tronin is the founder and curator of a youth wing of the PMC Wagner Group, which operates in the premises of PMC Wagner Centre. The main aim of this club, formerly called “Wagnerenok” and currently “Leader”, is to recruit young Russians who wish to support the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine and also the activities of PMC Wagner Group itself. Under the PMC Wagner Centre, they can be involved in projects, such as development and control of unmanned aerial vehicles, which are being used by Russia in its war of aggression against Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, Alexander Tronin is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Alexander Tronin a fondé et supervise une aile de jeunes du PMC Wagner Group, qui opère dans les locaux de PMC Wagner Centre. L’objectif principal de ce club, précédemment dénommé "Wagnerenok" et actuellement "Leader", est de recruter de jeunes Russes qui souhaitent soutenir les forces armées russes en Ukraine ainsi que les activités du PMC Wagner Group. Dans le cadre de PMC Wagner Centre, ils peuvent participer à des projets, tels que le développement et le contrôle de véhicules aériens sans pilote, qui sont utilisés par la Russie dans sa guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, Alexander Tronin est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine
