Damascus Cham Holding Company is a private joint-stock company set up by the Governorate of Damascus to implement Project 66 in the Basateen area behind Al-Razi (Marota City). Established in 2016 with 60 billion Syrian pounds in capital, the company undertakes commercial business and investment projects in the various sectors. One or more companies have been established to manage other subsidiaries or shareholding companies, arrange for development licenses and monitor implementation, as well as granting housing permits, and matching the divisions and sections for the governorate it sponsors. The company specializes in implementing infrastructure projects, managing electronic systems, undertaking the tasks of regulatory regional funds, and following up on loan repayments and collecting installments, either directly or through banks operating in Syria. Marota City is one of its projects. It is a founding partner in Aman Dimashq in Syria, and owns 9,277,558 of its shares, or 49% of the company, valued at $9,277,558. It is also a founding partner of Wings Private JSC, with 8,705,732 shares (49% of the company) valued at $8,705,732. It is also a founding partner of the Rawafed Damascus Private JSC in Syria, and owns 126,932,050 shares (49%) of the company at a value 126,932,050,500 Syrian pounds.
